View This appears to be a fairly sophisticated filtering program. Although the icon is highly stylized, the code underneath is solid, definitely showing equal devotion to form and function.

In theory, these sorts of programs don't do much on their own, instead gathering information so that the system can prevent certain functions from being used effectively. In practice, your options will quickly become quite limited if you can't defuse the situation somehow.
