Description	This interoffice communication miraculously survived the Incident that leveled much of Metroplex's industrial district and years of exposure to the elements. Unfortunately, that doesn't make the contents any more interesting. The only reason it couldn't be an interoffice memo from today is that the corporation closed its doors after the Incident.
