Choice Text and Results

Strike up conversation

You try to strike up a conversation, but the creature's eyes narrow and it flips back into the water. Hmmm, maybe it doesn't like you.

Bask in the song

You revel in the music, enjoying every moaning note and drawn-out melody. In your trance, you move through the music, perfect and timeless, until you notice a change in the lighting.

You manage to follow it for a while, but can't keep up with its sheer speed underwater.

You find yourself in a salty body of water, which you're fairly confident Lake Metroplex isn't supposed to be. And you can't help but hoping the gigantic shapes moving in the shadows are Midgard submersibles and not sharks… actually, the Midgard submersibles would probably be pretty bad too now that you think about it.

(Leads to Lake Metroplex (North))

Take the shot

As your first shot rips over it, the fish flips back off its rock and into the water. You take a few more shots, but they just spray out the water.

Man, that wasn't even close. It's like the thing knew what you were thinking before you did it.
