Drift Straight Through	The specter drifts forward, straight through you. Your entire body is wracked with chills.
Frost Touch	Normally: The specter brushes against you. The flesh it touched blackens and shrivels, dealing x damage. While under spectral curse: The specter reaches out and brushes you with its fingers. The flesh it touched is covered with a rime of frost, dealing x damage.
disapproving-glare	The specter glares down at you with contempt, his gaze leaving a furrow in your flesh for x damage. With High Brow: The specter gives you a disappointed look, as though you failed to meet some basic expectation.
Wall Walk	The specter walks into the nearest wall, leaving a rime of frost. <You attack> but the wall absorbs all of the damage.
