Description	These tiny capsules, stored in a liquid solution so they're not exposed to oxygen, are supposed to be the one step solution to bulking up. They come from a little company called Progress Health that was promptly bought up by Midgard, adding a lot of weight to the claim and price to the capsules.

Use	You peel the paraffin off the top of the vial and carefully fish out the capsules. They're tiny, glimmering blue gelcaps with an image of DNA imprinted on the side, which doesn't do a lot to inspire feelings of safety. Nevertheless, you swallow the three of them with a glass of water. Your stomach seizes for a second and you double over. Muscles all over your body clench and you can hear a bone cracking under the stress. When the pain eventually fades, you can see the capsules lived up to expectations.

Muscles all over your body clench and you can hear a bone cracking under the stress, then another before you black out. When you come to, it's obvious the capsules lived up to expectations. Bones are broken and unexplained bruises cover much of your skin, but the muscles beneath buldge outwards.
