Description	Despite its slightly confusing title, this seems to be a sequel to "Introduction to Baking." It has some ideas for what to do with all the noodles and cake batter from that volume. The back of the book seems almost apologetic, like they didn't realize everyone didn't already have apple pie recipes.

Use	You read through the book, learning what to do with all sorts of doughs and breads and so forth. It seems pretty useful as long as you have all that stuff and an oven on hand.
