Choice Text and Results
Climb the trunk
You maneuver your reflection carefully, but you can't find any good handholds close to the ground. You do your best to scramble up the bark, but that doesn't seem terribly viable either.
Ah well, at least you got some practice paying way too much attention to your movements.
You've earned 4 XP in Reflexes
Leap for branches
You jump in place a few times, until your reflection gets high enough to grab a lower-hanging branch. Hauling your reflection up is interesting and it makes your muscles burn, but you manage it.
From your reflection's new perch, it's easy to pick out a stone tower in the distance, but you can see down through the trees below. A ramshackle cottage tucked among the tree and a clearing containing a rough ring of mushrooms catch your attention.
You've earned 4 XP in Strength
(Unlocks the mushroom pool)
Kick back
You kick back and lean your reflection against the tree. It's a nice place for a nap, although you feel a little chilled when you wake up.
You regain 35-38 hit points!
Leave it be
You turn your back on the mirror for a moment, ignoring the reflections.
