Big M's Maps

Start

Get a Map from Big M, which is dropped from a Third Eye Hunter. Use it, and it will give a location. Defeat all opponents in gang warfare in that area. (You do not need to gain control of the air if there are no opponents.)

Finish

Spend turns at that area until you get a Third Eye Stash.

Quest Log

You've found maps, apparently from the Third Eyes' leader Big M, leading you to Southside Park, the Waterfront, and the dockside sewers. It sounds like you'll have to take control of the area before you can get to whatever he left there.

Notes

Doing this quest approximately 20-30 times will get you the Treasure Hunter avatar.
