Description	The new street stimulant of choice, Blitz is tearing up gangs and colleges alike. People say it works best if you get in a good run afterwards, but is pretty excellent either way.

Use	You swallow the Blitz popper. It's thankfully flavorless, but you can feel the jittery energy moments later. (And if you meet the conditions for running in one of these zones†): You do a couple laps around the <park/sewers/docks/Quad>, feeling invigorated. (And you are at the Docks and qualify for running in both the waterfront and sewers†): You do a couple laps around the docks and the sewers, feeling invigorated.
Multi	You pop a handful of Blitz. It's thankfully flavorless, but you can feel the jittery energy moments later. (And if you meet the conditions for running in one of these zones†): You do a couple laps around the <park/sewers/docks/Quad>, feeling invigorated. (And you are at the Docks and qualify for running in both the docks and sewers†): You do a couple laps around the docks and the sewers, feeling invigorated. (Additionally sometimes): <Your heart throbs painfully in your chest./, but at least it's there.> <Normal / With Empty Heart> (Or with the Midgard Player equipped): Your Media Player chirps pleasantly as though it's just finished a recording. You recorded: recorded Blitz
Effects	Gain energy 2-4 Energy Or gain 4-6 Energy (if able to run†) Or gain 5-7 Energy (if able to run in both Docks and Sewers†) Remove all energy of Empty Heart if using 3 or more at the same time.

† For your character to do laps in an area, she must meet 3 conditions:

1. Be in a main area that has gang warfare zones.
2. Her gang must have control of that area. Complete control not necessary.
3. She must have participated in at least one gang warfare encounter in that zone.
4. (from October 2016 bug reports), not in an area hard to enter?
