Description	Hanging down near the floor, this coat's previous owner must have passed through a wasteland of twisted metal and waded through a pool of blood before they passed it on. The pockets of this coat may once have held cred chips and candy wrappers, but the signs of violence make them look like a place to store an arsenal.
