Blue Halloween Punch

Description	Although punch, particularly Halloween punch, tends towards a blood red, this bowl is headed in a different direction. Instead, it's the blue of tropical skies and clear waters. It's hard to say how that fits a Halloween theme, but it's actually rather pretty.

Requires	5 Hunger
Use	You drink the entire bowl of punch. The sweetness of the first sip is completely overwhelming but pales in comparison to the dregs at the bottom of the bowl. By the time you're done, you're shaking with poorly constrained energy.
Multi Use	You chug the bowls of punch. By the time you're done, your limbs are shaking from the sugar intake and your mouth looks like an hypothermic clown's grin from the food coloring.
