Description	You can literally feed on the pain and suffering of others.
Effects	Gain a small amount of HP after picking certain choices in noncombats

Offering yourself to the Ghoul King to solve the Problems on the Docks quest.

Those choices are any evil actions, from giving out crates of Eclipse to killing thugs with electricity.
The message appears to be "A feeling of satisfaction rises through you. You've healed X hit points."
