Choice Text and Results

Work on the motor

You open the motor up. It's in pretty terrible shape, but you get it working a little better.

Overhauling the whole thing seems like it might be a better option.

You've earned 3 XP in Perception

Rebuild the motor

You crack open the motor. It's in terrible shape, but it's hard to say if someone sabotaged it or if the construction was just terrible.

Either way, you have to replace the capacitors and the main cable loop, then seal the casing back up with some polysteel. On the bright side, the skeleton works great now and the students will have one less thing to worry about.

You've earned 5 XP in Perception

(lose the components mentioned)

The coin in your hand grows warm. (If unearthly coin equipped)

Dismantle the skeleton

You found: 4 polysteel

You've earned 3 XP in Strength

Sabotage it

You saw halfway through the rope holding up the skeleton. Next time it drops, somebody is in for an unpleasant surprise.

You've earned 3 XP in Reflexes

The coin in your hand grows cool. (If unearthly coin equipped)

Leave it be
