Description	Although it's anyone's guess what sort of mushroom this is, it's large enough to serve as half a hamburger bun. It probably won't have that sugary zing of the ones at Mikhail's, but would be way fancier.

Use	You eat the mushroom. It's filling enough, but doesn't have a ton of flavor by itself.
Multi	You stack the mushrooms like hamburgers and eat them. It's a surprisingly close match to the experience, even if they don't have a ton of flavor by themselves.
