With this effect active, your Melee Power/Ranged Power/Fire Power/Etheric Power/Stealth Power is capped at your Fire Defense. (eg. if you have zero Fire Defense, your powers are reduced to zero.)

Evasion Power and When your target doesn't have a technique are unaffected.
