Description	This looks like a cheap prop from a sideshow fortune teller, or at least the TV shows with sideshow fortune tellers. There hasn't been a real carnival in Metroplex in decades. However, the smuggler was right. Holding it seems to make fire and light respond to your will. It's almost as helpful as it is creepy.
