Effects

• Allows you to (try to) topple the statue in the A Lake Covered By Mists.
  • Attacks from one of these weapons are harder to evade if you have the Twisting Chains skill. (Gives 2 Restrain.)
• Opposing Parry avoids more damage.
• Opposing Swordplay does more damage when following Parry.
• Lets you fish up the deteriorating shipment if you have the fishing skill.
• Adds +2 Melee Power to Shrug Off Your Chains
• Enhances Vine Lash
