Description	This firework was shot up into the air above Lake Metroplex, exploded, and drifted to shore. It's a little waterlogged, but is still a pretty good souvenir.
Type	Usable
Use	(First use) There's not much left of this guy, but you think you could put him back together again with the right parts. (Second use) You piece together two charred fireworks to make a casing, then fill it with smoking cinders. You reattach the burned rocket fuse to complete the recovery. It's smoldering a bit from that ash, but it actually looks pretty good.
Effects	Gain used rocket on second use
