Charred Pimp Hat

Description	Even if it weren't crisped around the brim, this hat would be an affront to style. It's some sort of hideous black and green "animal print" pattern never found in nature, rendered in synthetic velvet. What is kind of cool, though, is how the green parts glow in the dark with an eerie light. You're not sure how they managed that with velvet, but it makes all the difference.
