Core Formatter Plans

Item

Image Circuit25.jpg
Description This file apparently contains instructions for constructing a core formatter, which is used to erase the data off memory cores so they can be reused for other neural recordings or as memory devices in computers. They're handy but illegal to use without a license, so building one from scratch might be your best bet.
Type Data
Use You puzzle over the plans for a while. It'll take a bit of time but, more importantly, a lot of raw materials. Looks like the central unit needs a old style gold processor and two unformatted memory cores, while the main mesh will take a bunch of cabling and signal analysis circuits.

You've heard you can just buy these in stores in Japan, but Midgard would never make anything that easy. Nope, their crackdown on neural recordings continues unabated.
Effects Learn recipe for Core Formatter - Build your own Core Formatter using a mesh of four Signal Analysis Circuits and four Thick Cablings around the central unit, made from a Gold Processor and two Unformatted Memory Cores (3 Energy)
