Description	Nothing says "don't touch" like a metallic coil sparking with electricity. Luckily for you, but unluckily for anyone you decide to turn it on, there's actually a small safe area you can hold onto. Discharge the capacitors and you could fry someone from halfway across a room, maybe further.

Use	Well, it's certainly not going to do you any good making anything, so you store the coil for use against anyone who gets too close. Quick tests indicates "too close" is towards the end of pistol range, which might serve you well.
Multi	It's been said there's no such thing as overkill. You prepare yourself to experimentally verify that theory with pure, uncontained electrical output.
