Description	It's just not Halloween without jack o' lanterns. This stretch of plastic isn't exactly a jack o' lantern, but it does sort of look like one and glows in the dark. So you're at least two thirds of the way there. That said, its manic grin is kind of unsettling, even without it staring down on you in the dark.
Type	Usable
Use	You drop by your place and roll out the decal on the wall. It grins down at you when you turn off the lights.
Multi	You drop by your place and roll out the decals on the wall. Man, these things really stick.
Effects	Improves furniture that gives Halloween Spirit, with messages based on how many decals you've used.
