Description	This stretch of canvas is covered with a lifesized charcoal sketch of a small girl and her doll. It's hard to decide if they were trying to make it as creepy as possible or if it was supposed to be touching and just totally missed. The "Metroplex University Halloween Event Committee" label on the back points towards the former, which makes you feel a bit better.

Use	You carefully hang the sketch on your wall. That's really quite creepy… although you're not sure what it's good for other than staring back at people peeking in your window.
Effects	Adds the following line to the Window section of your character profile: A creepy little girl with a doll stares back out at you.
