Description This "book on chip" actually is the entirety of a class: lecture notes, lab assignments, recorded presentations, and tools for compiling code. You're not sure why anyone would actually go, unless they grade on attendance.
Type Usable (Not consumed on use, unless you gain the skill)
Requires 1 Energy
Use If your base perception <6:
This all seems oddly familiar, but you can't make heads or tails of it yet.

Or if your base perception ≥6:
You start listening and following along with the examples. Apparently a professor here by the name of Evans made it. Which is pretty handy, actually, because he mentions a computer lab in the main campus lab building that you didn't know was there.

You make it through <base perception - 5> chapters of fairly boring material before you have to stop and take a walk around. It makes a lot more sense than you expected though, sort of like it's just a refresher.

Or if you have read 20 chapters:
You finally finish up the class. It makes more sense than you'd expect.

You feel ready to sit down and build some programs.

Or if you already have the Simple Coding skill:
There's not really much left in here for you. You've already absorbed the whole thing.
Effects Unlocks Open Computer Lab (if you have at least 6 perception)
You've learned a new Skill: Simple Coding (only with the "finish up the class" message, and consumes the item)
