Description	Most computers and comms come loaded with monitoring software to begin with, so it's not easy to find reasons to load more on there. At least this one seems to expose the information it's tracking around you so it's not a complete waste of cycles. That said, the badge icon is pretty sharp looking. So it might at least be a professional invasion of your privacy.

Effects	If equipped when performing an action that yields 05Cleaner points, you get the message "A large block 'n' appears superimposed on the image of an old-fashioned badge. That must be the weird tracker you've got running." Applying an Antiviral Patch to an infected site yields points equal to the level of the site, or twice the site level if the site is maddening. Trashing an infected site with Data Scrubber yields points equal to the level of the site. (After April 1st, 2011) Applying Relay Code to a Jumbucks in a Tuckerbag site (Or whichever gang was in first place at rollover?) yields 1 point for a level 1-2 site, 2 points for a level 3-5 site, and 3 points for a level 6 site.
