Description	Between the silvery fang and the length of rusty chain, this could probably be a gang's insignia or badge. Of course, it could also be something college kids wear to make themselves look like hardened criminals. It's hard to tell sometimes. In a pinch, you could probably hold it in your fist when you punch someone, so at least it's a little functional.
