Directional Techniques

(Not to be confused with Directional Evasion.)

Some techniques have different results depending if you use them in an ascending or descending chain.

• Special case for when the technique is not following anything (ie. an opener). Can we confirm that it must not be opener to work or just used in at least 2-length chain?
