This can be turned into the Fang PDA by decrypting it through the Midgard Laboratory in the Slags via:
Hacking: Hack yourself high enough access through the Lab Terminal in the Midgard Laboratory or gain administrator access via Dr. Johnson recording. (cf. Dr Amundsen's Key)
