• Steel Rocket (+5 Base damage for non-armored, +?? Base damage for armored, and perhaps a lower threshold for what is considered armored?)
• Incendiary Grenade (+8 Base Damage)

Not affected:

• Chemical Mixture
• Dynamite
• Juryrigged Rocket
• Microrocket
• Necrotic Vial (both etheric and sober)
