A Fang gang member, perhaps an ex-Fang now, wanders by. He seems oblivious to his surroundings, wandering around in a daze.

Choice Text and Results
Keep an eye on him
You keep an eye on the ganger as he makes his rounds. Eventually, he meets up with a man in a Midgard Industries security uniform.
They talk in hushed tones for a moment and you creep forward to hear more clearly. When you do, the guard shouts and fires a spray of bullets at you!(Fight Ganger and Midgard Security)
Rough him up
You walk up to the ganger, who seems to only suspect who you are. You push him around, scream that you're the one who took out the big boss, knock him to the ground, and kick him in the ribs a few times for good measure.
He eventually slips out of your grasp and runs off.

Kill him
Taking his challenge at face value, you jump the Fang. He seems eager, almost desperate for the fight.
