Description	As far as you know, it's quite rare for executives to lower themselves to drinking punch like the commonfolk. To be fair, they can probably afford better. In any case, that makes this bowl of punch a rare vintage.

* Gain same amount of Sugar Rush and Wine Buzz as Etheric; gain half as much Perception Reflexes as Etheric, rounded down.
