With the help of a secret lab on the Waterfront, temporarily inflate your Attributes (such as Reflexes) to bring them up to par with your attacker. Won't use up any of the gang's resources if your Attributes don't need any help.

Or, if the clone's attributes don't need boosting?:

<He> pulls out a syringe, but seems to think better of it at the last moment.
