Description	The rich and famous often go in for remodeling their faces, but this is more radical than they're usually willing to attempt. Replacing the surface skin and muscle with a thin film and replacing the skull to properly protect its precious contents, this cyberware provides a rictus grin as permanent as it is horrifying. Aside from the obviously social shortcomings, removal of the ears, nose, and eyelids cause lingering sensory deficiencies that aren't entirely overcome by the design.
