Uses

Get Carlos as a contact:

• With at least 5 points? choose "Help the Ganger" in Pick A Side
• Scatter the bums in Burning Barrel, with at least 3 points choose "Help the Ganger" in Pick A Side

With Carlos as a contact you may ask for one free eclipse. (Lose 1 point)

With 3 or more fang points; the Ganger combat encounter in Southside Park (before quest) will stop occurring.

Notes

You lose all points when choosing "Help the Homeless" in Pick A Side.

With no (zero) points, contacting Carlos will result in him telling you to "lay low."
