Example fight:

Your strike clashes with the mass's attack, overwhelming it and dealing 23 melee damage.
The writhing mass lashes you with a tentacle, dealing 2 melee damage, but your strike overwhelms it, preventing all of the damage.

You wrap a live wire around the writhing mass, doing 28 melee damage and sending electricity arcing through the mass's form.
The writhing mass grabs you with its tentacles, but you manage to fight them back.

The writhing mass shakes violently from the current.

Stuns are always the *next* pass. And if both use live wire on the same pass as closer, they have no tech to replace on the next pass, so nothing happens.

What happens if two people use Live Wire as closer against each other in pvp? They would both stun each other, removing each other's attack, which would mean that neither stun each other, so they don't remove each other's attack, etc.
