						 <p>So there seems to be something weird going on where I'm getting +2 First Aid from healing. Just got 50 HP resting at a hideout with medical supplies with only 6 First Aid. (+2 from the hideout installation. Another +2 not spoken for)</p>

						 <p>Aside from weird outliers like the <a href="http://metroplexity.wikidot.com/first-aid-supplies">First Aid Supplies</a> at a hideout, you only need one or two data points to figure out the base resting rate. Each point of First Aid adds 10%, so looks like the base rate in the lake is 15 HP with a suit on.</p>
