Description	This datareader displays a constantly updating series of glyphs and pictures that you understand well enough to read. According to the sparse documentation its original writers are a "Project Fenris" within Midgard, but the content seems more like a book of spells than anything that should come out of a major corporation.

Hidden Flags	binding tome, improvised shield
Effects	+4 Etheric Power +2 Melee Defense (Hidden: gives an extra +2 Stealth Defense with the Shadowy Presence skill.)

Using a bypassed datareader with:

• an orange juice sample charge active
• Secrets of the Cube, Shard of Language (or some other way to recognize the characters?)
• 1 (or more) Sight Link
• a Midgard neural expander installed
• running inhuman HUD manager

Uses

When equipped, you may attempt to bind some unearthly beings (works the same as the tome of binding).

Additionally, if you use Release the Hounds 3+ times in a fight and win, you can (sometimes?) learn Fenris Command.

This item is not a component for any kind of crafting.
