Normally	-
A tiny lick of flame emerges from your mouth. It's disconcerting, but not dangerous.
While Etheric	7	Lose 1 turn of Etheric (Does not count as Smoky Technique)
A fiery serpent crawls from your mouth, encircling <opponent> and burning <it> for <X> damage.
While Etheric and one or more Smoke Effects	11	Lose 1 turn of Etheric and also the Smoke Effect with the most energy left. (Counts as Smoky Technique)
You cough up a fiery serpent that encircles <opponent> and burns <pronoun> for <x> damage.

Notes

Special interactions with the Smoke Dragon.
