Initial Text
A young man slides up to you as you move across the Quad. He's obviously well off, despite his attempts to seem ratty.
"Hey, so… it's Metroplex Day, don't suppose you have some real fireworks. Because if you do, I totally might have some vintage fireworks… got some real doozies if you've got the right stuff for offer."
He glances around quickly to make sure there aren't any Midgard Security guards who might take exception with his collection. "Anyway, got anything new for trade?"

Note: You can only trade him one of any given type of firework. A successful trade removes the option on subsequent encounters.
Legal firework
He shakes his head. "No no no, you're letting the Man," he jerks his thumb in the general direction of Downtown, "keep you down. Get some real vintage fireworks and we'll talk."
Enhanced firework
"Not bad…"
He pauses to look over the firework and nods. "Definitely not bad."
"It's not vintage, but it'll do the trick. Here ya go." He tosses you a roman candle.

"Two of 'em, eh? My philosophy prof says you can have too much of a good thing, but he's a twit. Good times, right here." He hands you a roman candle.
