Use firing range plans, bought from the back room of Little Eddie's for 1000 credits.
Uses
While resting, the following are possible (with a ranged weapon equipped):
You drop by your gang's hideout and fire a few shots at the target range. You feel way better by the time you're done.
Followed by one of:
And you got some good practice in the meantime.
Gain 1 XP in Perception
And you feel way better for firefights to come.
Gain 2 XP in Will
The practice is worth its weight in gold. (Only get this message if you gained at least 30 Practiced Shot)
