Description	These special, single-use plans will allow you to build a firing range for your gang. They don't do the actual building, but the previews look pretty nice.
Type	Usable
Use	You check out the firing range plans and see if you have any use for them. You unlocked a Firing Range for your gang. If you are a Leader or Bean Counter, you may add it to any one location with a Hideout from the Gang Stash screen.
Effects	Unlocks a Firing Range for your gang in one location, for 50 profit. It "sometimes grants weapons training when resting."
