Some techniques can be enhanced/modified if they are used right after another technique in a chain. See technique forms for details.

Notes for following Evasion Techniques

Some Evasion techniques only enhance the following technique if the evasion successfully blocked at least 1 damage. For example:

• Insect Visage is only enhanced following Chitin Barrier if it blocked damage.
• Contempt is only enhanced following Light of the Eye if it blocked damage.
• (check which) are enhanced following Striking Shield if it blocked damage.

Evasion techniques do not always require damage to be blocked in order to chain into other techniques:

• Dueling Riposte is enhanced following Parry (whether it blocks damage or not) or following Dueling Dodge (only if it blocks damage).
