I'm unsure where the best to bring this up (wiki style issues), it's not directly beta gameplay related, but posting this on an individual item's discussion page seems worse.

With that out of the way, which is the preferred style for noting hidden flags?

http://wiki.metroplexity.com/ancient-rifle (in a separate row)
http://wiki.metroplexity.com/achromatic-blade (in a separate row, italics)

(Personally I'd prefer the 2nd.) I've noticed that hidden flags are sometimes in italics, sometimes not. Is this just because no-one has taken the time to standardize them all, or is there some difference between the two?

Actually these pages are exceedingly standardized by little gnome standardization wizards which go about fixing stuff while we all sleep. But, you can't talk about the little buggers or else they go away and you have to do all the nitty gritty stuff by yourself again… d'oh.

Also you have a lot of good questions! You should post some of your questions in the podcast thread.

Yeah, good question. We started out putting them in the type row "Weapon (crowbar)", but then I started to realize that there are a lot more hidden flags than first apparent (and a lot more got added), so split them off on their own line.

Whenever I edit a page I try to switch it to your second or third example format, but it's kind of a mishmash of which one's I've actually gone through. I used italics initially to show that the text wasn't actually in the game, but the word "hidden" pretty much says that too. So no real preference between format 2 or 3, but would be nice to standardize that. I'll pick away at it when I have time, but feel free to change them all over yourself, I'd say.

Moving forward, I think all hidden flags should be on the hidden flags line — weapon types, disguises, other weird oddities like gas masks etc.

(and yeah, never sure where to put wiki style q's but here is as good as any.)

Okay, thanks guys. So for now I'll change them to be like the 2nd example.
