Doesn't seem to remove any neg status effects — tried:

Broken Bone (5)
Healthy Energies (6)
Bone Spikes (10)
Frigid Bones (20)
Sugar Rush (25)
Halloween Spirit (25)
Ruptured Organs (25)

Might cure burns, given the use text.

These are also not removed by losing and then getting healed from Healing Factor.

It looks like I had the same idea 2 years ago, but now that Healing Factor does cure various illnesses, I can still confirm that using the injector itself does not cure toxins/bones. (Unlike antidote injector, which does cure etheric.)

Edit: Healing Factor does cure broken bones.
