Could someone with Quad access verify something?

Summary:

Etheric-effect page claims you have to be on Eclipse to get the castor capsule from the Quad. I can't remember, but I think I may have got them there without being on drugs.

Um, not sure where the summary appears, but it basically says everything.

I just need someone to adventure in the Quad WITHOUT using Eclipse either until they get a castor capsule, or for a reasonable number of turns to verify that it's impossible. If the encounter is clearly Eclipse-related, that's pretty good evidence too.

I'm not sure necessarily if it's Eclipse related or drug related, but it's pretty surreal. Haven't gotten it for a long time PvPing in the Quad, but got it three times in 25 adventures of Eclipse.

Copy/Paste:
A student, wandering across the quad moves up to you jerkily. "Z?" he asks. "Z?"

He ignores your response, drops a brown pill into your hands and wanders off.

That definitely sounds familiar, and I don't remember ever adventuring in the Quad under Eclipse. Plus, Eclipse usually unlocks nightmarish monsters, not stoned university students. :P

Eh, I'm probably wrong, haven't got any Castor adventuring without eclipse. I get so many castor capsules from the gang medicine cabinets that I'm not too enthused about trying to get some this way and test it further.

EDIT: hanging around the quad to get the ghuol reward, had ocean song effect added, got castor capsule.
