Assuming +1 MD/RD for bone two interactions (or +2 for three, +3 for four, etc).
Chitin Hands seems to give +6 RD, Bone Spikes gives +2 RD, Calcified Organs gives +1 RD, and Bone Scales gives nothing.
EDIT: Kinak confirms the monstrous form bonuses are all coded manually. So we can just test everything on the items testing page.
