Next day: 6, 6, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5, 6, 5, 5, 5 (w/survey message)
Two days later: 6 "w/survey, Ah, yeah. That really hits the spot./3 XP", 5,6,6,5,6 (w/survey)

The survey is now in place. I've had 4 lattes since, getting the same survey message each time, after the energy gain message. Still getting 5-6 energy each.

I jumped straight from No XP to 3 XP. I wonder if it's based on number of days you drank one, or based on biscotte use in conjunction or something. Edited data into first post above.

EDIT: actually, I just got the "that hits the spot" message with 3 XP on first use today, and then no XP the 5 times after that today.

I think the XP result may be the first time per day once you qualify, or something like that. That's what it seems like so far, but gonna need to keep this up for a bit to confirm that.

Edit: It looks like today I'm back down to 1 XP.

Sadly, drinking the personal latte with full hacking outfit on, including PDA, and 14 code finesse does not let you hack into the Lattes! database through the automated survey.
