If you salvage these, can you get more? (wiki says they are salvageable but untried)

(Idle speculation - by ID number, there are 3-4 more skills between the April 2019 Spider Crafting Update and the March 2020 Cellular Questions update. Minus one probably from the cellular diff papers. Could there be something special for destroying the evidence? Are there other weird ways we could get skills?)

Another skill in that ID range is almost certainly from the blotted document.

Salvaged the papers, got a mysql error:

You break down the item for its component parts:

This has been reported.

Salvaging the papers didn't unlock another instance of "Grab differentiation papers" in the hidden break room, didn't unlock any new text with Andrea, and didn't change the quest log text from "You found some documentation that may help Andrea shed light on the situation."

EDIT: The papers are no longer salvageable.
