• Construction worker outfit
• Midgard Cap
• 15 Stealth Power
• Doctors outfit
• Lot inspector
• Third Eye Hunter

Gives results:

• Containment suit
• Office suit

The idea occurred to me, but sadly even 22 stealth power isn't enough to run through before anybody can catch you.

It looks like aside from the specifics we've got listed, there are certain items that can block you from being able to enter. I was in full office worker outfit, but I also had a raider mask equipped, and got the "not open to the public" result. Just taking off the mask allowed me to walk in. So some particularly weird or anti-social stuff might cause issues? Masks in general don't seem to be an issue.

Hm, interesting. Looks like the raider mask doesn't let you in to the cellar door.

I tested all hats from A-H and didn't find any others so far. Looks like the raider's mask has a -2 Office Worker Outfit enchantment? It also locks out Better Dressed than most for example.

Looks like briefcases are specifically required to get in the front door:

• office suit coat + office dress pants — cannot walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + light briefcase — walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + opera gloves — cannot walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + downtown executive ID — cannot walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + actual antique watch — cannot walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + sealed briefcase — walk through
• office suit coat + office dress pants + dusty clipboard — cannot walk through
