And it looks like I retained the titles for Builder, Protector, Funder and Ruler of Halloween from last year. Having gotten the gaudy eye ring… I guess I ended up applying more blood capsules than stuff that counted toward actual building? I didn't keep super close track, and it was easy to do since I had a whole bunch of them stockpiled.
